What are the pieces made of?
Beads are a mix of natural stone, glass and quality resin. Cords are satin, paracord or twisted suede depending on the piece. Hardware (charms, letter cubes, end caps) is plated brass, gold-tone or silver-tone. The product page lists the hardware per piece.
Are the pieces nickel-free?
Our hardware is plated and we choose suppliers that minimise nickel content, but we can’t certify nickel-free across every batch. If you have a known allergy, message us before ordering and we’ll be honest about what we currently have in stock.
How do I pick the right size?
Most bracelets have an adjustable slide or knot closure that fits any wrist. Necklaces are made to a standard length but can be customised on request. If you’re unsure, share your wrist or neck measurement when you message us and we’ll adjust.
Can I personalise a piece?
Yes. Most pieces can be made with your word, initials or a name. The product page tells you what’s personalisable. Standard customisation is included in the listed price. Some pieces charge a small fee for personalisation, mentioned in the product description.
How long does customisation take?
Personalised pieces typically ship within 5 to 10 working days from the moment we confirm your details. If you need it sooner for a gift or occasion, tell us when you message and we’ll do our best.
How should I care for my piece?
Take it off before showering, swimming or sleeping. Avoid perfume and creams directly on the cord or hardware. Wipe with a soft dry cloth if it picks up dust. Treated like that, your piece will last a long time.
How do I pay?
We confirm the order and total over WhatsApp and send you a payment link. iDEAL, Tikkie, Bancontact and bank transfer are all fine. We only ship once payment is received.
Can I order a gift?
Yes, just tell us when you message. We can ship directly to the recipient with a hand-written note, no price slip included.
