Shipping & returns.

Most pieces are made to order. We aim to finish and ship within 3 to 5 working days. Personalised pieces (with letters, words or initials) take 5 to 10 working days. We’ll always confirm your timeline in the WhatsApp conversation when you order.

We ship from Amsterdam to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the rest of the EU as standard. Reach us on WhatsApp if you want shipping outside of Europe and we’ll quote you directly.

Shipping is free on orders over €50 within the Netherlands. For other destinations and below the free shipping threshold the exact cost depends on weight and country. We share the total in the order confirmation before you pay.

All parcels ship with track & trace. You’ll receive the code over WhatsApp the moment we drop your order at the post office.

Standard pieces can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. Personalised pieces (any piece with a word, letters or initials) cannot be returned. This is the standard EU exemption for custom-made goods.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, message us within 7 days on WhatsApp and we’ll fix it.
